Privacy at Lovelybakes

What we collect. When online ordering is enabled, Lovelybakes collects the name, email address, mobile number, requested date, collection or delivery details, and order notes you provide. Stripe processes your card details; Lovelybakes does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

Why we use it. We use this information to create and fulfil your order, confirm payment, contact you about collection or delivery, provide customer support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, and keep required business and financial records.

Who processes it. Lovelybakes uses service providers for website hosting, database storage, authentication, and payment processing, including Vercel, Neon, Google, and Stripe. These providers may process information outside Singapore under their own security and data-protection arrangements. We do not sell customer information.

Retention and requests. The current retention setting is 180 days after an order is fulfilled or cancelled, unless a longer period is required for a legal or business purpose. Financial transaction and audit records may be retained without customer contact or fulfilment details. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact @lovelybakesbynash. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.

Website data. Your browser stores the shopping bag locally on your device. Hosting and security providers may retain standard access and security logs.
